Mobile II
Mobile II Cookery Theatre is fully weather proof suitable for outdoor events, road shows and for use in town centres. The trailer is 5.5m long and opens up with a total dimension of 8.5m x 6m from the front of the stage to the back of house. From Trafalgar Square down to Dorset Seafest and up to Turriff in Scotland, it is a popular choice for food festivals.

Mobile II has a 3.5m cooking island with a five burner hob, larder fridge and a single oven. Back-stage prep facilities include a stainless steel wash-up, hot water urn and work area with washable floor. Full audio equipment includes radio headsets microphones for the chefs, with lighting, cameras and 42" LED screens, all supplied come as standard.
... technical management
The Mobile II Cookery Theatre is supported by a technical manager who will stay behind the scenes for the duration of your event. They are responsible for all sound and vision, fitting headset mics to the chefs, ensuring the camera feed to our screens and enhancing your overall spectator experience.
... bespoke branding
All our theatres carry our 'Chefs on Stage.com' livery unless you would prefer us to create bespoke branding. Event logos or sponsors' graphics can be created and fitted to the island, header board and wing panels, all we require is receipt of high resolution artwork 2 weeks prior to your event.
